The excellent and beautiful location was minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake.

Overall it was reasonably spacious with balcony. The service was absolutely amazing!

I had a wonderful stay at Leah Silk Hotel. The location was perfect, with plenty of attractions, eateries, cafes, and shops within walking distance. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the deluxe room I stayed in. It was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice view of the old quarter streets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. Despite the ongoing renovation, which caused some noise and inconvenience, I can't wait to return when it is done. I highly recommend Leah Silk Hotel for a fantastic experience in Hanoi.

This location was great and super, next to all the good restaurants and coffee shops and beer corner, the lake and cathedral, the lake & French Quarter. We were in the double room with a huge window and Netflix.

Amicable, accommodating staff towards all guests. Location - amazing, close to major city attractions, restaurants, and bars, restaurants and coffee shops and beer corner, and the main areas of the old quarter. Plus, not very far from a famous prison.

Disappointing breakfast.

The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a nice enough area, very close to the lake and all the good restaurants and coffee shops and beer corner, markets, nightlife, restaurants and the centre. The staff was amazing and delivered exceptional service. The rooms were impeccable and luxurious, had shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet.

Breakfast with various options.

It made my trip to Hanoi a GREAT experience. Everything was well-maintained and loved my stay there. The breakfast was incredible and with Western options and asian options. The room was recently renovated and fashionable, had private bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was incredibly kind and amazingly nice during all this time.

The room we booked was beautifully maintained with big window and very comfortable bed, overall the experience was just perfect. The breakfast offered was incredible with various options. The hotel had a super central location to the church area.

Absolutely fabulous and comfortable place with incredible service. A wide range of delightful options for meal. Set in a great location nearby a train station. Great way to end our trip.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location in the city was perfect. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Nancy and William at the Sky Bar. They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, with a great selection of wine and cocktails. The room was quiet and well-appointed, and the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was amazing and absolutely great thanks to its wonderful staff. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was very tasty with asian options, perfect to start our day. The location of the property was marvellous and super, in Old Quarter. Tried some nice meals at Hong Hoai's Restaurant, located around 4-6 minutes' walk from the property. Stayed for 2 days and did not want to leave there, we would use them next time.

Wonderful and spectacular hotel in Hanoi. Extremely spacious units with a tub. Pleasant, amicable people working here. Stunning, excellent location in the nice area. A beautiful restaurant and a rooftop bar available. The pool area is great too. No charge for concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing too.
